Clearer sample matches and requirement counts

The sample matches on the homepage now use the same jobs they describe, and the company count in the marquee is the real number, not a round “100.”

On your board, the requirements-met figure only counts must-haves. Nice-to-haves no longer pad that number. Role labels on cards are quieter so the evidence is what you read first.
